The User Training session is designed to provide
users with all of the navigational tools to work within the MedFORCE Scan system. The
key components of this training session include:
- System structure - cabinets, files, bins
- Procedures to Scan and Import documents
- Manually* Save documents
- View / Manipulate documents - annotations,
printing, e-mail, move, copy, etc.
- File management

your paper EOMBs:
options to store documents, link to patients, and create redeterminations for all claims
received in non-electronic format. |

The D&R Manager training covers all features available when
importing electronic claims (ERNs) into the MedFORCE Scan system: handling denials,
reimbursements, creating redetermination cover-sheets, and various D&R reporting
tools |
The Advanced User training session
provides an overview of tools and features beyond the MedFORCE Scan basics covered in
User Training.
Designed for those users who have mastered the basics of MedFORCE Scan and are
ready to take advantage of advanced features. |
